When you visit our new user registration page, you will be presented with the form as shown below. At that page, fill in your particulars in the form and click on the submit button at the bottom of the page. After you have submitted the form, we will send you the password via the email address that you have indicated in the form. You will then be able to login to our catalog using your user ID and the password that we have emailed you. Alternatively, you may send us an e-mail at crisp@nus.edu.sg or fax at (65) 6775-7717 using this form.
